What to do in my first anime convention?
July 8th, 2010 | by admin |Well the anime convention is like 4 months away but I want to be prepared and I’m so excited. Can I just wear casual clothes? Also do I have to bring an adult with me since I’m only 14? Should I book the hotel where the convention is at? Could you give me some tips? That all I really wanted to know and I’m going the Saboten Con in Phoenix, AZ with one of my friends. (:
You can wear casual clothes, but usually you wear a cosplay (dressing up as an anime character). And yes, an adult is nessecary in order to get, until you are 18. If you live close to the con, you shouldnt really need a hotel, unless you plan on going for 3 days or something. The only true rule at a con, is to HAVE FUN. Its a great place to be, and you can act like an idiot, and not get wierd looks, because people usually DO act like idiots haha.

yeah booking the hotel would help and if your in an anime convention you can dress up like any anime character you want! I dont know about the adult thing but yeah just have fun
