Cool hotels near LA Convention Center?
March 2nd, 2010 | by admin |My company is sending me to a conference in LA at the convention center. I’m young and want to stay somewhere cool – any suggestions? Also, is there cool stuff walking distance to the convention center? I’d be into shopping, museums, etc.
Well, L.A. doesn’t depend on iot’s downtown like other major cities. And that’s due to all the recreational activities, and entertainment lifestyle in the city. Thus, most L.A. residents do no hang out downtown.
And I agree that the standard is a nice hotel. Shop away from downtown, though.

Walkin distance-no–Bus yes! Museums ;MOCHA(Closest), LACMA,
Exposition Park has a couple museums. As far as hotels, Bon Adventure (spell check) a couple….You could always stay at the snooty fox in South Central!LOLOL! They have mirros on the ceilings!
Best western or holiday inn is right across the street from staples center which is across from convention center..

There is a sweet hotel called the Westin Bonaventure it is so cool and i love it!!!! it is around lots of shops so you can check it out! If you are old enough to drink you they have a bar on the top floor that moves slowly in a circle so you can see all of LA it is so cool!
