I just always wondered about it.
I know the largest anime convention in America now is Ohayocon in Colombus, Ohio, and it's actually coming up this January! :D

Whenever I go to conventions/workshops there are always assistants that help the choreographers/teachers. I was wondering how you can become an assistant for a convention? Do you audition, do they ask you, do they randomly pick dancers?
